Hourly rate: £60, charged in 15 minute increments after first 30 minutes (minimum charge of £40 applies for jobs up to 30 minutes).
Fixed charges where appropriate. e.g. virus / malware removal and computer service is normally £95. Rebuild Windows PC (with backup / restore of data and programs where possible) is normally £110.
Problems fixed on or off-site.
Remote support available for remote troubleshooting and assistance.
