While we were having a One2One I showed you my laptop, only for you to ask about virus protection: I didn't have any!

 

It also became clear that the hard-drive could not cope with the videos I was making and I had no back-up system in place.

 

So, while I was away you took my laptop, picking it up from my wife's school and dropping it back on a Saturday. You installed a 500GB drive, installed virus software, automated back-up (with a drive you recommended I buy), and gave the machine a tune-up. You even rang me in France to check on a password. I have to say a truly outstanding service.
