My laptop did not boot up one day. I met Peter in a meeting and asked him if he could help. He said, “Give me the laptop and I’ll see what I can do”. I handed over the laptop to him and I received a call 20 minutes later from him explaining the problem the (battery had to be replaced). He fixed the battery and returned the laptop back to me in working condition.
A couple of days later my network card stopped functioning and Peter took the trouble to visit me personally to debug the issue. He tried variety of methods and explained to me the potential issues and how to resolve them if something like that happened again in the future.
I would strongly recommend Peter to anyone for their IT support needs. He is a sincere, straightforward, honest and proactive person.
